Dynamic Links using ACF/CPTUI

Good afternoon.

I am attempting to use a dynamic link with post meta data entered in an ACF "form"

My element layout template is linked to post type "item". I've been able to use dynamic data everywhere else bringing in images, text etc.
I'm having difficulty having the url brought in to function as a link, it's just bringing over the text in the field

Tried altering the custom field type to URL and Link. Neither seems to work. I can manually add the link to the button but can't dynamically do it

Any help would be appreciated.
