[Resolved] Dynamic Images in Elements using old URL after migration

Hello,
We launched a site today and I am unable to get the author avatars to reference the correct domain. They are still pulling from the development server. We used a Search Regex plugin to replace the old URLs during launch.

Details about our setup:
We are using a plugin called Simple Local Avatars to upload images. Then, the images are being inserted using the Dynamic Image block within 2 different Elements.

I tried creating a new element from scratch and added a totally new dynamic image set to Author Avatar, and it’s still pulling from the old dev server URL. This is not CSS related, and we’ve tried clearing all the caches we can. Is there something that you can recommend? Is there some type of baseline setting for GP in the database that we didn’t catch?
