Dynamic Image Block is missing

Thanks for opening a topic.

We have not removed the dynamic image block.

As for now, they can only be used within a block element. Is that where you are trying to use it?

Can you give us a tutorial how to, i just click the + sign and search there.

We click like in the image below:

I found it. It is in Elements module, it is misleading.
