Dynamic CSS Print Method

I am noticing some formatting issues in a staging site. Fixed after "Regenerate CSS File". Is it safe to say that in a staging site, we should set Dynamic CSS Print Method = Inline Embedding and flip it back to External File once we go live?
If so, is the Customizer Dynamic CSS Print Method the same switch inside Dashboard > GenerateBlocks > Settings > CSS Print Method? ie. do we need to switch / regenerate both?

The setting in customizer is for the CSS that generated by the theme, and the setting in GB is for content built with GB only.
They are not the same and they do not conflict with each other.

Usually, the dynamic CSS print method won't cause formatting issues, it only happens sometimes when there's a cache plugin or server cache enabled.
So yes, I think it's a good idea. You can do the same for the customizer option as well.
