[Support request] Dynamic content on a element doesn’t work

I have set up a hero element for all my pages.
Then I put as the image shows a dynamic content for the author of the article and the date of the article.
However, this one is not included on my article

What can I do to make these available?

In Customizer > Colors – can you check the Body text color ? As that is set to White which is why you cannot see the text.
