Dynamic Blocks - Author Excerpt

Hi,
I understand that there is a Dynamic Block function within Elements that pull the Author Excerpt, but its ability to provide add styling is non-existent.
Is there a way to pull the Author Description (excerpt) using the dynamic data of the Headline?

Yes, author description can be pulled by a headline block's dynamic data:

Choose current post as data source, author meta as content source, and add descriptionto the author meta field.

Is there a way to pull the Author's social media links as well?
Sorry, not social media links. I meant to say the Author Archive page with all the posts under the specific author.

To clarify, are you referring to adding a button that links to the Author Archive Page? If yes, you can add a GB Button, then enable Dynamic Data and set the link source to Author Archives.
