[Support request] Dynamic background image issue

I used query blocks to feature the homepage story

In the backend I have set background image to cover and all looks fine in the backend

But on the live page the background image is tiling, it is not doing the cover size.

Any suggestions?

Any chance you can provide temporary admin access to your site so we can have a closer look at the issue?
