During creating Hook Element

Dear team,
While creating a new hook element, i am facing 403 Forbidden error.
I have tried these:
i- Checked permissions from Cpanel File Manager but not solved
ii- Hactss file regenerate but not solved
iii- deactivated all plugins except Genertepress premium plugin but not solved.
Please note that i ma using Namecheap shared hosting.
Hi there,
theres a possibility that your host won't allow file editing. Can you check with the host first?
