Duplicating Post Lists and Header Elements

Guys,

is there a way to “clone” or “duplicate” Post Lists in WP Show Posts and Header Elements? I use both features extensively and it takes me 10-20 identical clicks to create a new Element or Post List.

Is there a plugin I can use?
