Duplicate Website/Theme

Is it possible to create a duplicate of my exact website, that's purely for testing purposes? Im trying to integrate WooCommerce and my Current GP premium and having some trouble, and makes me really nervous doing that to my live website. Any suggestions?

Yes, you can 10000% do that. In fact, we actually recommend doing this for any development of any kind of site.
The term for what you're trying to do is generally called making a "dev" site or "staging" site.
This is done so the live site's functions don't get affected even when we're doing actual development. This way, if we break the site we're working on, the live site doesn't get affected.
But as for how to do it. It varies depending on the hosting service provider.
Some already have an option to clone a site to a staging environment through its CPanel.
While some hosts, like Pantheon, automatically create 3 copies (dev, test, live), the moment you create the site.
You can also try exporting your site and importing it to a new host to make a clone but I'd suggest asking your host if they have a seamless feature for creating a staging site before doing this.
