Duplicate images

I set a featured image in a blog post. Did not add any other images. The image appears in duplicate - once in the header and then a smaller version beneath it. How do I get rid of this duplicate image? Thank you.

can you go to Customizer > Site Identity and check if there is an image added to the logo - as thats whats being displayed above the navigation.
I do have an image installed as my logo in site identity, however if you look at the site that is not the image I'm talking about. The "featured image" on the blog post appears in the header and under menu bar so it is appearing twice on one post and the logo set as the site identify image is not appearing at all.

I added a featured image to another post and it didn't repeat the weirdness so I deleted and reposted and it was cured! IDK what the glitch was but it seemed to happen after some updates and just on that one post. Thanks so much. I appreciate your help.
