How can I place a dropdown menu (displaying certain pages or categories) below the header on any "non-home" page?

Just to confirm, so on the home page you don't want the navigation?

It's not that I don't want it there...I have it in the footer. But I'd like to show a dropdown menu on other pages so that users can access the cuisine categories on other pages on a dropdown.

Does the standard primary navigation not work if you set it to below the header?
