Dropdown menu in sidebar obscured by timeline entries

I use Cool Timeline Pro for timelines on some of my website pages (lawandisrael.org). If a page with timelines is open, and I seek to use the sidebar menu, the dropdown submenus are hidden behind the timeline entries. The pages with timelines are currently blocked from general viewing because thay are all under construction. I can send you a screen capture of the problem. Also sending temporary credentials to view. I don't know if the conflict arises from the Generate Press theme or from the Cool Timeline Pro plugin. Please advise. Thanks.

I've temporarily removed the under-construction restriction for that page. Please try again. Also, I can send a screen capture of the page which shows the problem.

I've placed the screenshot at the top of the Establishment of State of Israel page. You can click on the thumbnail to open it up.
It has just occurred to me that the problem may be with another plugin that I'm using, WP Sticky Sidebar (the free, not pro version). Please advise further. Thanks.
I would add that the sidebar menu functions properly on pages where there are no timelines.
