Dropdown menu disappears on mouseover

Hi Tom,
I am having an issue with my main menu on my site.
When I mouse over the menu elements on the homepage the dropdown menu appears, but when I go to select a page the sub menus disappear. This only happens on the home page and the menu seems to work fine on all the other pages.
I went through all the plugins and it seems it may be an issue of compatibility with Elementor, but I can't disable the plugin without having to rebuild the whole site.
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

I have a similar problem. The drop down menu does not drop down on desktops: http://www.k-energy.com.cy
Issue started with update to WP 4.9.4. Using GP 2.02, GP Premium 1.5.6 and Visual Composer 5.4. Deactivating the Visual Composer does not solve the problem.
On mobiles the menu works fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your Elementor section has a -4% margin-top, pushing it on top of the navigation: https://www.screencast.com/t/Q7FCot42JouW
If you remove that, it should work.
