The dropdown menu is disappearing whenever I hover the mouse over it

This is happening because your first Elementor section has -50px of margin-top.

Can you try setting that to 0?

Thank you it works fine, But is there an a way to remove the blank white space between the menu and the first Elementor section? thanks in advance.
