Drop Down Icon in Menu is a square

hello,
It looks like there is an issue with the font on my website but I cant see any errors in google chrome.
Is there a missing font not installed? Tried playing around with the GP customize options with no luck.
The header was made with elementor pro using roboto font. first time seeing this on any of my sites.

Have you checked with their support first?
It shouldn't be a theme issue as the header/navigation are all coming from Elementor.
Apologies, I removed it and went back to GP header only and it works and loads faster.
