Draft Elements

Is it correct that if I set an element to draft or bin it the script it contains could still show? I'm trying to track down google analytics code and have bin'd the element which had it but still see the script being loaded?
Just checking - it might be a plugin set to inactive...

Hi there,
No, an Element must be published for it to show up on your website. Drafted Elements are basically disabled Elements.
