[Support request] Doublon page on non www

Hello,

Since I subscribed to your theme, I have a home page registered on the site in non www which is in duplicate with the good one which is in www. I cannot manage to remove it although my redirections are good this page is annoying and must be corrected please.

It is surely necessary to intervene on the database.

A matter of a few minutes for you.

the theme has no control over redirections.
How is the redirect been added ?

Thank you for your feedback. There is an old version of the homepage saved in the non www. I want to remove this old page. How to do please?

Hi there,

As David mentioned, the theme has no control over redirections or URLs.

This issue would exist if you use a Twenty series WP theme as well.

I would recommend disabling all plugins to make sure there aren’t any redirections set up.

If not then your hosting support should be able to help.
