[Support request] Double or Stacked Footer Widget

I’m not exactly sure how to articulate a footer similar to this – https://www.cityfirst.church/ with a contact bar (gray), navigation menu (black) and copyright footer bar.

I understand how to add multiple widgets in the footer widget area but they become columns. How can I have footer widgets stack on top of each other like the above example? Ideally they can be different colors.

You can add multiple widgets in the single widget area so they would be stacked on top of each other.
