Hi there,
I'm not 100% sure what you are referring to here with "duplicate meta viewport".
Can you explain a bit more?
We haven't had any other reports on this so can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to test?
Let me know :)
Multiple viewport <meta> tags were found in <head>
Pages contain multiple viewport <meta> tags in the <head>. Page should contain only viewport tag. If it will contain more than one viewport this could lead to the wrong one being selected, which may cause rendering issues on mobile devices.
How to fix the issue
Delete the duplicates and leave only one viewport meta tag. Google recommends to use the following properties in viewport tag:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
Hmm have you done this?
We haven’t had any other reports on this so can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to test?
I checked a couple of our site library templates that are using GB and they only have one <meta> tag as Google suggested:

I did the reverse disabling only generateblocks and the duplicate meta disappeared. I'll leave you my Worpress login credentials.
My examples above show that the issue does not occur when using GenerateBlocks. You can check them out here:

And same as our sites:
https://generateblocks.com/
https://generatepress.com/
We also don't have any other reports on this - therefore I really don't think it's a GB problem.
Can you please disable all plugins except GP and GB to test?
There is a conflict with the WP Simple Pay Pro plugin
I would recommend reporting this to their support team.
Thank you
No problem :)
