I searched and read through other double featured image posts but wasn't able to solve the issue.

Hi Chris,
Your site has 2 Elements that works as a Hero section.
There's a Header Element and a Block Element active on the said page.
You can check the elements list and remove the unwanted duplicate from there. :D
