Double Headers Issue

Hello, I have 2 headers showing on my home page, I cant seem to figure out how I can toggle this off. Any direction would be appreciated.

I just checked the linked page and am seeing something completely different than what you've shown:

Am I missing something here?
Also, the entire site is basically built with Elementor so far so GP has very little control.
