Don't see Query Block toggle switch anywhere

I have the Pro version with your theme installed but I don't see the Dynamic toggle button (on/off) anywhere. I need help finding it.

Query loop block is a block of GenerateBlocks 1.5 plugin, it's in the free version as well.
