just installed the theme.
Why I don't have the option to use grid?

Are you referring to the Grid Block?: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/grid-overview/
If so, this is a functionality available in GenerateBlocks free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/generateblocks/
