Doesn't save Hook settings

I set up hook display exceptions, save, go to the display rules, exceptions are not saved

What's the location you are trying to exclude?
This works anywhere that has 2 dropdowns.
Specifically, I exclude the category of the page by the name of the category.

if you Right Click > Inspect the Element page to open the developers tools.
Are there any errors on the Console Tab? And do any errors appear after you make a selection or save the changes ?

Thanks for the login - i did access the site, but could not see any obvious issues.
I have asked Tom to take a look.
In the meantime could you check for plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling other plugins aside from GP Premium ?
Deactivated all plugins except GP-Premium problem still exists

I was able to see the issue in the Element you linked to, but there wasn't any indication of what the actual problem was.
I created a new Element named "Test" (I left it in there for you to see) and tried saving a handful of page combinations without any issues.
Are you finding that the issue is random, or is it specific pages that are failing to save? If so, can you tell me which ones to test?
