doesn't install

Fresh install of latest version of WP, just purchased pro version of GP. Tried to install and got:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: gp-premium-1.2.96.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
