[Resolved] Does WP or GPP generate FB and Twitter Tags?

Hello
I was just looking at source of my website and noticed there’s a chunk of meta tags in the head that I don’t know where they are generated. I have the ‘Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags’ plugin installed but I now have duplicates of some of the tags.

Does anyone know if WordPress generates a set of these tags?

Hi there,

no GP doesn’t add any Open Graph or other social network meta.
Generally it would be a SEO plugin that generates those. May also want to check any Social Icon / Sharing plugins

Ah. That was a good nudge in the right direction. The plugin that I use for social share buttons had an option for OG tags that was enabled. Disabled that and the 2bd set of OG tags has been removed.
