[Resolved] Does the Element footer still use wp_footer()?

I am having an issue where a form is not loading on some older tablets, e.g. ipad 3 and 4.

It has been suggested to ensure wp_footer() is in use and not being removed by the theme, in particular Elements.

Can you confirm when I use Elements to override the standard footer still has reference to (still uses) wp_footer()

Yes, wp_footer() would still be there even if you use a Block Element – Site Footer.
