Does the background video still work in the header? I ordered the paid theme for generate press because I wanted a video background in the header?

Yes, to the site header with the header addon.

I have watched the video and I am still not getting it to work.

Yes I sure can. What do you need? I can also send my login if you need.

I also want you to know that the gp-premium zip file I got was from the
email after I purchased it. And not from my account.

I could uninstall and reinstall if you want with the file from my account.

I got it working. The host I am using wasn’t letting videos. I tried it on another host and it works fine.

I do have a question it does not work on the mobile? I have also seen this on the elementor plugin using the video in the background and it does not work. I was told to use the mobile editing feature to have a backup of an image.

Do I need to do the same for the header with the generate press theme? Now it looks to be showing the overlay color? And I also want to make the logo inside the menu bar when I scroll. Do I do this in the header or in the customize section?

Background videos are typically turned off on mobile so people don’t use up all of their data by visiting your site.

You can set an image in the Image section and it will be used as a fallback.

You can add your logo inside the navigation – check out the Navigation Logo section on this page: http://docs.generatepress.com/article/sticky-navigation/
