does not update language / license does not work

I am installing a new Generate Press on localhost. When installing, it will fail to update to the Spanish language. And when I enter the license says this: No working transports found. I'm using wamp server.
A year ago I made a website with generate press and I did not have these problems.

What's your site language setting in Dashboard > Settings > General?
Español / Spanish
I always install directly the wordpress version in Spanish.
So when you go to "Dashboard > Updates", there's no button to update translations?
Adding your license key should be a separate issue - what exact error are you getting when inputting it in Appearance > GeneratePress?
It tells me that there is a language update available, but when I pulse update, it says: failed download.
When I enter the license says this: No working transports found.
Hmm, sounds like there's something going on with your server. Have you tried on your live server/something other than Wamp?
