Does not change the color of header

I have GP Premium installed on my WordPress. As much as I try to change the color of the header it does not change. Why?

Hi there,

Are you trying to change the background color of the entire site header in Customize > Colors > Header?

Any chance you can link us to your site so we can take a look?
