Does GeneratePress / Generate Blocks work with the 'Meta Box' plugin

Hi there, sorry if this has been asked before - I did search but couldn't find anything conclusive. Please can someone let me know if GP and GB is compatible with the Meta Box plugin (https://metabox.io/) which I use for creating Custom Post Types, Custom Taxonomies and Custom Fields.

I'm looking to create my first site using GP and GB, but want to make sure that the CPT's, CF's and CT's I set up for the site (it is going to be a News site) will actually work with GP / GB.
