Docs for Page Header Element

When I try to create a Page Header with Elements, I do not get a Content Area for my content. All the docs show a Content pane, but it's missing in my basic WordPress installation using Generate Press Premium and the Classic Editor.
Also, when I install the Artisan demo from the Site Library, the demo includes Page Headers with the content area, but I'm not able to re-create any of them.
What am I missing?

If so can you disable all plugins except for GP Premium to test?

I cannot reproduce the issue on my fresh install.
All plugins disabled except GP Premium, but the problem persists. Here's a screenshot:

Any chance you can create a staging site and provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?

yes, if you can create a temporary admin login, and then share the URL and login details in the Private Information field below.
New development: When I created the ADMIN account for you, the content area shows up for your account. But when I login with my ADMIN account, the content area is missing.

I was scratching my head fora while, as i knew i had seen this before, and its one of those settings you just forget about. So the Admin URL for me was the key to recalling it :)

FWIW: Based on features and quality of tech support, I have recommended GP Premium for a new project. It was approved yesterday!
