Do not understand why it is so different

Okay,
so i have http://www.zilvertron.com/ as my mainwebsite.
Then i have http://sjoerdjonker.nl/ pass:sjoerdjuh as my test website.
On my testwebsite i made a new header/navigation and now i am trying to do this on my mainwebsite and it looks totally different. Both sites use the exact same css. Not sure what i am doing wrong and i need some help here :)

They both look same to me, try clearing your browser cache, hit SHIFT+F5 or try it on another computer.
I deactivated cache plugins, deleted my browser cache and shift f5 my brains out but i still see the a big difference. Somehow it shows even a bigger difference in the customizer. Not really able to do make changes at the moment because i have no clue what it actually looks like.

I guess ill just have to wait a bit untill my pc understands that it has been changed :) i litterly tried every way of clearing my cache so not much i can do now. Thanks for helping!
Both look very similar to me as well, only small padding changes.
