Do not get GRID problem solved

Hello,
I have two problems:
1. I'm getting nowhere with arranging a collage of images and the non-existent spacing. I have copied and pasted the existing ones. Only the distances are not present.
2. I can't get the headline flush with the images.
Thus I am pleased about support.

can you make sure the Remove Vertical Gap has not been enabled on any of the Grid items - see here:
