DISPTACH site | How to change the blog post featured image height?

Hello everyone! I hope you guys are all well and safe.
I'm trying to change the size (height) of the featured image of my blog posts, I want to reduce the height to 400px or so. looking into the CSS I could not find anything relevant.
I'm using the DISPTACH demo site.
Any ideas?

Hi there,
go to Appearance > Elements and edit the Single Post header element and reduce the top padding to what PX or % value you require. You can set it differently for Desktop and Mobile
