Displaying Term Meta from Custom Taxonomy in Element Block

Hello - I'm pulling in a hierarchical custom taxonomy in my post header using a block element and it's working well except the terms are displayed in alphabetical order. Is it possible to display them in hierarchical order instead?

And how do you like it to be displayed?
