Displaying Select Posts at end of an existing post

Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way by which I can display a post based on category + tag below a post.
For example, If I have a post - Best Samsung Smart Phones, all Post which belongs to "Smartphone category" and having tags of "Samsung" + "review" are displayed.
Would you know anything like that?
I do not need it side wide, only for select posts.

Not sure how to make variants, for example, for Apple, OnePlus and so on. There does not seem to be a customization.
I find this more closer, but somehow cannot figure out how to use "AND" operator so that tags I give use AND operator.
I am using this code - [display-posts category="smart phone" tag="review" tag="samsung"] But its also displaying the current "Best Samsung Smart Phones" too in the list. Even though it does not have the tag "review' in it. But only Samsung.
Hmm have you seen this done somewhere else?
Related posts option is the closest I can think off unfortunately.
