Displaying caption featured image

I'm trying to add a featured image caption to single post. On other sites, I succesfully used this solution, but this doesn't seem to work for the specific design/setup.
Can you please check the link in the Private field, to see how the featured image caption can be displayed? The snippet is active!
Hi there,
Option 1: GenerateBlocks Image Block.
If you add a GB Image Block, and select an Image that has a Caption added to it.
The Caption will be displayed using a GB Headline Block.
You can then enable dynamic data on the Image Block and the Caption ( headline ) and have it display the Featured Image and the Image Caption.
Option 2: Shortcode
you can create a shortcode that displays the caption, and you can add that caption where you require it inside a GB Headline block:
