Display Third Navigation Menu in post/page editor Layout

I have Added Third Navigation Menu using this tutorial.
But it's not showing in post/page editor Layout > Disable Elements section.
Is there any way to display this newly created Navigation. https://i.imgur.com/K8KLNwQ.png
Hi there,
no, those options are baked into the plugin, so it would require custom development.
You could use a plugin like Metabox or ACF to add a custom field in your post editor and then that could be used to display / not display your third navigation.
