Display Social Media Icons at Footer without Plugin

I want to display Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram Icons in Footer, Greyish white color, something like roastycoffee dot com has. I don't want to add any plugins or fontawesome calls. can we do it with SVG icons?
