Display sidebar widget based on tags

Hi there,
If there is a requirement to display a sidebar widget of posts with specific tags for each post, what is the recommendation?
For example, a site has posts 1 through to 10 published. Posts 1 - 3 and 5 -8 have the tags "magazines". They are part of the same group.
When accessing any of these posts e.g. Post 1, it would display posts 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 on the sidebar widget that users can then click on.

You would need to create/find a custom solution.
The plugin should be the best method :)
