Display post last modified date on page hero

Hello, we are changing the pages of the articles using the Page Header element, which by the way is great. My question is whether there is any tag that can be used to show the date of the last change. Because looking at the examples here, I only found {{post_date}}, which is the creation date of the post. I’ve tried {{post_modified_date}}, {{post_modified.date}} but nothing worked. It may be necessary to include something in functions.php for this tag to work, right?
