Display or hide modules using hook / function?

Hi - is it possible to hide GP Premium modules somehow other than using the WPAdmin interface?
Use case is we'd like to give all customiser options to clients with Role 1 but only a few customiser options to clients with Role 2.
Possible? Or should we hack the customiser code ourselves somehow?

Hi Mike,
Might be possible, but not 100% sure, and it likely wouldn't be 100% future backward-compatibility safe.
Which options are you wanting to remove?

On balance maybe it's best for us to simply uncheck options in the backend - I think we were probably overthinking this!
