Display location a Block Element to all child pages of parent page

Hi,
I have created a Block Element (Site Hero), and need this to display to all of child pages of a parent page. Is this possible? If yes, could you please help me how to.

is this specific to one Parent page ? Or any parent page ? ( the latter is very tricky... )
