Display drop down mobile menu on all screens

Hi,
Is it possible to have the menu inside header aligned to the right and have a header widget to the left of the menu. I have already figured out how to get hamburger menu on all screens but I am having problems having it inside header and with a widget nex to it like this image http://presmultdemo.com/mockups/georgetown/v7/. Any help will be much appreciated. Best regards

Try changing the navigation location to below header and align right:
