Display differences between my edit page view and live website

Hello -
I have been working on updating my theme to GeneratePress in a staging site and just merged over to my live website. In checking to ensure everything transferred correctly I'm finding a strange error in that my live website (see website provided below) shows some odd display issues that my view when editing the home page don't show (see photo links provided below).
Any ideas?

Hi Kara,
Some of your GB containers lost their style.
Are any of them in a re-usable block? If so, can you convert them into regular blocks to test?

So I don't think that is the issue (at least not always). I've tried duplicating containers that currently display correctly yet the duplication will show a distortion.
For example - on my current live home page the "figure out where to stay" container (#2) is a duplication of the container above it yet they are both displaying quite differently.
Update - not sure if the theme migration just needed more time to work out some kinks on its own or what. But as I was in the middle of trying to troubleshoot the errors simply fixed themselves somehow. A win is a win.
