Hi Ree,

Those are WordPress prebuilt Patterns. To make it a slider on mobile, you’ll need a custom code. This is out of our scope of support though.

Plugin-wise, what you can do is create a separate Section for the slider on mobile with a plugin like Smart Slider 3, and then just work with hide-on features to hide one or the other depending on the view, appropriately.
