Hi,

I have a similar problem here. Default language is german but the “added to cart” text (incl. “continue shopping” and “item”) were still in english. Filtering the translation was a bit tricky due to german umlauts but finally it worked using html entities.

But here’s my question:

The word “item” or “items” still appear in english. How can I translate that?

yes, although I updated the language in WordPress and GP and cleared the Cache, there is still the word “items”…

Did you upload the language you downloaded from the link mentioned? Updating it inside WordPress itself won’t work, as those files aren’t remotely hosted.

Yes I downloaded the language-package and did everything as described (uploading in FTP).

Ah, I see – looks like a bug in GPP which I’ve fixed in 1.9.

Am I doing something wrong?
I downloaded the translation from https://translate.generatepress.com/glotpress/projects/gp-premium/ro/ro_ro/ and uploaded it via FTP.
