Display cart in menu problem

Hi! I have "Display cart in menu" and it works great. The problem is that it's in english. "Cart" goes to "Varukorg" which is the same but in Swedish. Is it possible to change the text manually or have it use an shopping cart icon instead?

It should displays shopping cart icons by default.
